My advice to you is definitely to seek professional guidance when setting up your company in Tenerife but do a bit of homework before settling on the bank your business affairs will rest with.
Speak to other expat business owners in your area. Find out who is receiving the best service and choose your bank based on reputation - not because it is pressed upon you by whichever professional service company you have chosen to help you with your Tenerife paperwork.
