Tenerife is served by two airports, Reinia Sofia in the South and Los Rodeos in the North. If holidaying in Golf Del Sur, Los Cristianos, Las Americas or Los Gigantes arriving at Los Rodeos will add an hour or more on to your journey so do be sure you have booked into the right airport for your destination.

Many low cost airlines provide service from various points in the UK - some markedly lower fare than others, of course. At many times of the year there are deals to be had and while it is generally true that the farther ahead of time you book the better fare you'll get, if your time is flexible and you can travel at hte drop of a sunhat, then super saver snap bargains are occassionally available from several airlines and charters.
