Kids Love Las Americas! Without doubt, Playa de Las Americas is Tenerife’s main tourist destination. Located on the southwest of the island in the borough of Arona, Playa de las Americas is Tenerife’s playground. Eagle Park (Parque Las Aguilas) is only minutes from Las Americas. You could visit a different entertainment bar every night of your holiday and still not have scratched the surface of the singers, comedians and impersonators that are on offer here. Don’t worry about missing the big match while you are here either there are many sports bars and bars that cater for families. Those that want to dance until dawn head off to Veronicas where the hottest DJ’s will blast you with the best music all night long. Drink measures in Tenerife are stiff so if you want to pace yourself try asking for an extra glass of mixer to top up that quarter bottle of vodka they just sloshed in your glass.
